Bailey & Jools' old Shopify theme was poorly coded, making it difficult to update and manage. The bad user experience and interface led to a low conversion rate and a high bounce rate. The customizer was very limited, making it time-consuming, expensive, and challenging for our client to execute her marketing initiatives efficiently.
How we solved them?
We redesigned and rebuilt the entire store with a fully custom Shopify theme. Our conversion rate-oriented UX/UI improvements enhanced the shopping experience. We increased sales by 250–300% in the first month after launch. We continue to provide ongoing support and grow the store side by side with our client.
